June 13, 2020 LINT Meeting, Cookout

and Song Circle

Location: Phil Morris’ shop  2905 Ridgedale, Garland, Tx, 75041

Time: June 13, 2020  10:00 AM start. Bring your guest and a side item or dessert for the cookout.  It's a great outdoor area.

We will be working to comply with Covid-19 guidelines. Masks are welcome.

Activities:

• Join the Song Circle held after the meeting.  
• New Announcement: Exclusive offers to LINT members - 
• • Bunch of stuff from a retiring luthier.  There will be brace wood, jigs, forms, templates, kerfing, etc.  It will be available first come, first served for a donation to LINT. Pricing negotiable and as the member sees fit.  (check, cash, cards all accepted)
  • Phil Morris also has various tools for sale that are surplus to his operation, plus some nice tops and back & sides sets.
  • LINT Library materials are available to checkout to LINT members.  A variety of specialty books on jigs, history, luthiery, full-size plans - many out-of-print.
• Show and Tell - bring your Quarantine projects
• Main Discussion - neck design and construction
• Hands-on Demo’s: jigs and new molds

Swap & Sell:  As always if you have something you want to make available, feel free to bring it.
